LIMITED WARRANTY

OSTAR POWER will provide One year warranty for the VRLA battery capacity 0.5Ah to 28Ah and full range of High rate battery,two years warranty for the capacity 33Ah to 250Ah,and three years for capacity 300Ah to 3000Ah and full range of GEL battery,the warranty mentioned above is starting from the shipping date and under ambient temperature 25℃ +/- 5℃.

Conditions and claims procedure are set out as below.

Conditions
● The battery must be installed and maintained in accordance with the applicable OSTAR POWER VRLA battery Operation Manual
● A battery will not be considered defective unless it fails to deliver 80% or less of its quoted capacity during the guarantee period.
● Each battery must be stored, charged, discharged and stored in accordance with the Operation manul.
● User agrees that the manufacturer or his agent shall be granted inspection access with reasonable notice.
● Warranty period is reduced by 50% for every 10℃ increment above 25℃ (77°F).
● Warranty is void if temperature exceeds 65℃ (149°F).
● Warranty is void if the battery becomes defective due to fire, wreckage, freezing, neglect,abuse, improper transportation and improper operation or maintaince, and other damage contrived, parts of the battery are tampered with or modified or the battery is serviced by persons not authorized by OSTAR Warranty is void if the batteries are used in conjunction with non-OSTAR POWER batteries.

Claims
● Contact original point of purchase for written instructions on applicable warranty claim procedures and send the relevant battery picture and detailed testing report.
● After confirming the defective batteries by OSTAR POWER or OSTAR POWER Local agent, the batteries will be repaired or replaced based on the original purchase price and the portion of the warranty term remaining to be applied towards the purchase of a replacement battery.
● If any battery be returned or exchanged and without written confirmation from OSTAR POWER. Any freight charges incurred are at the user’s expense.

Limitations

The above mentioned guarantee is the only warranty and remedies provided by OSTAR POWER to the user for the defective battery confirmed by OSTAR POWER finally.OSTAR POWER disclaims all implied warrantees of merchantability and fitness. And do not take any implicative or related responsibility.
